SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ukiah

I loved the hot tub in the room. The staff was amazing the T.V. wasn't working and they cane uo tok fix it and when front desk couldn't he called maintenance right away who could. Loved having a vending machine downstairs that I could go to instead of walking to the store.

For a mid-range hotel, the room was extremely large - perhaps because we requested handicap accessible. As I'm recovery from a broken ankle, the extra space in the main room was appreciated, though the bathroom was relatively small. The floors were nice and new, and the room was quiet.

The staff was accommodating and kind and gave us extra blankets the night we arrived. The rooms were really spacious and clean, the grounds were clean as well, and we felt safe. We will stay again the next time we visit our family in Ukiah.

Location couldn't have been more convenient — right off the highway. I arrived at 3a and there was someone on site to check me in; he also moved me to a ground floor room when I told him I had lots of bags.

Property was clean, relatively quiet, even though next to the freeway.
